Salah

How it works

What Salah looks like for everyone at your event

Athletes talk to Salah in WhatsApp, your team approves from a phone, and team managers can follow along the whole way. Here's what each of them sees during a normal week of championship prep.

For athletes, getting started

Getting started takes about ninety seconds

One link and a short code
The athlete taps the link their federation sends, confirms a short code, and they're in. There's no app to install and no account to create.
Messages in their own language
Salah writes to each athlete in the language they're most comfortable with, so nobody has to decode portal jargon in their third language.
Only the next step
Instead of a long form, Salah asks for one thing at a time and moves on as soon as it's done.

For athletes, sending documents

Sending a document is as easy as sending a photo

An answer within seconds
Salah reads the document right away and replies with what it found, usually before the phone is back in the athlete's pocket.
Problems explained plainly
If the signature is missing, Salah says so. The athlete sends a fixed copy in the same chat and it replaces the old one.
A straight answer at any hour
Athletes can ask what's left at midnight and get a real answer, so nobody has to chase a person on your team twice.

For organizers

Approve documents from the sofa, the office or the airport

Salah does the reading and a person makes the decision. Each document arrives already checked with the reasons laid out, so most decisions take a single tap, and the athlete and their manager hear the result straight away.

  • Blood test from Team Alpha

The date, letterhead and signature all checked out, so it was approved in one tap.

    Approved
  • Waiver from Team Bravo

The signature was missing. It went back with that reason and the athlete was told right away.

    Sent back
  • Medical result from Team Charlie

This went privately to the medical team and was never mentioned by name in any chat.

    Private review
  • VIP guest accreditation

Guests are never asked for medical documents, because their checklist matches their role.

For team managers

Team managers can see the whole team at a glance

Send things on their behalf
A manager can upload a passport for an athlete who's halfway through a fourteen-hour flight.
Told as soon as it happens
Every approval or rejection shows up in the manager's chat the moment your team makes it.
Status, never files
Managers can see who's ready and who isn't, but they can't open a teammate's medical document.
Fewer late-night emails
"Is my team cleared?" answers itself at 3 a.m. in any time zone, which means fewer messages landing in your inbox overnight.

Event console

Ask the event a question and get a straight answer

Delegations, divisions, registrations, payments and approvals live in one place. Instead of building a report, you can ask Salah what you want to know and act on the answer from the same screen.

You ask

"Who on Team Bravo is still missing blood tests?"

Salah answers

Five athletes so far. Would you like me to send them a reminder now?

You ask

"Which delegations haven't paid yet?"

Salah answers

Three delegations, and one payment that's still waiting to be matched.

You ask

"Is the women's 57 kg draw complete?"

Salah answers

14 of 16 athletes are cleared. The other two are waiting on waivers.
